Great copy should foster trust between a brand and its users. In summer 2022, Snapchat unveiled a new feature that would allow parents to monitor their teen's activity on the app. The copy I crafted conveyed to both parents and teens Snap's desire to protect its community and promote trust between parent, teen, and brand alike.
There were three primary things that I designed this copy to convey.
That parents now had the ability to view their teen’s Snapchat friends.
That parents could view who their teen messaged.
That parents could report safety issues to Snapchat.
