In the first few weeks or release, a person trying to access Snapchat for Web on their mobile device would see the message on the top left.
The problem?
The browser this person was using may have been the correct one, but the header copy suggests that it isn't.
Mobile users can only access Snapchat for Web from a computer, isn't addressed until the second line of the body copy.
Solution:
Show two separate screens, one for people trying to access Snapchat for Web on their desktop or laptop computer, but using an unsupported browser, and a second screen for those trying to access Snapchat for Web from a mobile device (top right).
